If you want to get an invoice of your order, write us here and we will be happy to assist you.

Important: We recommend using a laundry bag for all baby clothing (especially the knitwear and the items with pom poms!) and please use a liquid color detergent for colorful items!

99% of our item’s packaging has been made from natural, recycled or biodegradable materials (which decompose into natural components found in nature).

Our Swimwear is tested according to the AUS/NZ 4399:2017 standard.

Restock data

So annoying: the product/size you want to buy is not in stock. What can you do? First of all, turn on the notifications and you'll receive an email when the item is back in stock. If you are wondering when some of our items will be back in stock, please check the list below. (Restock dates can change and adjust at any time). Unfortunately we can not accept pre-orders.

We ship worldwide, so yes, to your country as well!

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 15:00 cet will be shipped the same (business) day.

Rattan Bassinets may take up to 5 business days to be ready to ship.

We ship all orders from our fulfillment warehouse located in The Netherlands.

Countries within the EU:

The Netherlands and Belgium: between 1 and 2 working days (PostNL). 

France: 3-5 working days (DPD).

Germany: 3-5 working days (PostNL).

Greece, Italy, Ireland, Malta, Romania and Spain (incl Canary Islands): 3-5 working days (Fedex Express Delivery).*

Other countries within the EU (including Switzerland): 3-8 working days (PostNL).

Rest of the world: 

Andorra, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the USA: 3-5 working days (Fedex Express Delivery). *

Other countries within the rest of the world: between 12 and 15 working days (PostNL).

  • Except for big parcels such as cribs, nests and baskets, they will be shipped via standard mail, delivery time 7-20 working days.

Please note that your package may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or customs delays. Please keep an eye on the tracking information for updates. 
Petit Filippe is not responsible for parcel deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural events, delays or strikes in air and ground transportation or customs.

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation to your email including all the information to track your delivery. 

For orders within The Netherlands: small items such as pacifier clips or hats will be send in an envelop without tracking.

Your parcel is probably waiting in line for customs clearance at the border of your country. Sometimes if customs are busy, clearance gets delayed and parcels are queued awaiting clearance. This might take up to 2 weeks. Once your shipment was cleared it will have a new scan.

Please keep in mind that customs are outside of the couriers or our control and there is no way for them or us to speed up the process!

The couriers will make two attempts at delivery to the address stated and your order will be returned to us after these two attempts. In this last case, Petit Filippe reserves the right to collect or withhold any sum due for compensation of damages which it has undergone because of the impossibility of delivering the goods.

Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the EU and are not included in your order’s total. Petit Filippe assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned.
