Please note that due to a short break all returns between July 14 and 20 will be processed on July 21st.
In case the product doesn't meet your expectations you have the right to return it within 14 days after delivery.
The return has to be shipped in (if possible) the original packaging and has to be complete (i.e. including all accessories and documents and invoice). Return shipments must be accompanied with the return form or the (printed) invoice.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
After the returned shipment is approved (the products must be in perfect condition) we will refund the amount as soon as possible (within 10 days after the return has been delivered).
Any costs and risks associated with the return shipment are carried by the customer.
The loss of a return shall be at the client's own risk, so make sure you'll ship your return with a Track & Trace number to be able to find out what went wrong if necessary.

Exchanging an item shall be treated as a new order. You'll have to return your first order within 14 days (see point 1) and order the new item in the Petit Filippe Shop. We will charge shipping costs for this new order as well (only orders out of The Netherlands). In case an item has to be exchanged because of our mistake, of course all costs will be carried by us.
Petit Filippe products are handmade of (mostly) natural materials. Because of that it is possible that the products are slightly different than the ones in the photos at the Petit Filippe Shop. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please send us an email at email@example.com. Describe your complaint and please add a photo to show us the exact problem.
We will react as soon as possible. We do not provide any warranties to damage caused by using the products.
An item purchased in the Petit Filippe Shop is covered by statutory guarantee, which means that a product has to meet the minimum requirement that can be reasonably expected. See point 3 for complaint processing. We do not provide any warranties to damage caused by using the products.
